Manuel Presti

Manuel Presti

Manuel Presti was born 1967 in Rome. His passion for Nature started as he was a kid, increasingly becoming an important part of his life. He has been photographing wildlife, flowers and details in Nature for the past 30 years both in his homeland and in other regions of the world. Currently he lives in Italy after longer periods spent in Germany and USA. His photographic style concentrates on the emotional impact of the subject, trying to focus on its essence to enhance the shapes, hues and the dynamism in Nature. His images have been awarded at international contests (BBC Overall Winner 2005; Glanzlichter 2004-2005, GDT European Photographer of the Year 2004-2005-2006-2007-2008; Nature’s Best 2004) and have been published on books and magazines.

Product Testimonial: You can tell the difference between a professional and an amateur photographer by the way he uses his tripod - even in seemingly impossible situations. I try to always follow this advice and after extended use of my Gitzo GT3531 in harsh and severe operation conditions such as mud, salt water, ice, snow, scratching stones I still enjoy the reliability of the G-Lock system!
